Contact ImgLab

ImgLab is maintained by a small team at inovisum. The fastest channel is email at hhammoud@inovisum.com. Messages are read by a human; most threads are answered within two business days. Privacy- or security-sensitive reports are prioritized ahead of feature requests.

Reporting a conversion bug

Image bugs are usually format-specific. If a converter returned a corrupted file or a wrong color profile, please include the source format (HEIC variant, PNG color depth, JPEG color space), the target format, the browser and version you were running, the operating system, and a short description of the camera or app that produced the original file. You do not need to send the file itself — in most cases the issue can be reproduced from a small sample image once we know the format combination.

Why we ask about the source camera

Apple’s HEIC implementation, Samsung’s HEIC variants, and the HEIC files produced by professional camera apps differ in subtle ways (HDR gain maps, 10-bit color, depth maps, Live Photo sidecars). A bug that only reproduces with one source camera is a real bug; including that information speeds up the fix.

Commitments

We read every message. We will not add you to a mailing list, share your email with a third party, or send marketing to the address you used to report a bug. We do not maintain social DM channels for support because written feedback lets us cite the source format and ship a verifiable fix.
